Shampoo

Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage into the scalp and through the hair. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

Conditioner

After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet hair. Focus on the mid-lengths and ends of the hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
