ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some products are sold on a pre order basis. Pre order items will clearly display an estimated shipping date on the product page.
By purchasing a pre order item, you acknowledge and accept that:

Pre order items are prepared specifically for you, including customisation where applicable.
CUSTOMISED AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products, including wigs and hair extensions, may be customised based on your selection or request. Customised items are made to order and are therefore non refundable unless deemed faulty.
If you request changes such as density adjustments, colour modifications, or styling notes, a member of our team will contact you to confirm any cost difference before your order is processed.
PRICING
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors may occur, and if an error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to UK customers only. Delivery times vary depending on the product type.
Hair care products ordered before 12pm are shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day. Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days.
Wigs, hair bundles, tape ins, and clip ins require up to 3 working days for processing, followed by up to 7 working days for delivery. This is due to preparation and customisation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
FREE SHIPPING AND PROMOTIONS
Free shipping promotions are subject to minimum spend requirements and specific promo codes. Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or marked as pre order, cancellations are not possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated timeframe.
For hygiene reasons, hair products and customised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
PRODUCT USE AND CARE
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, colouring, chemical treatments, or failure to follow care instructions.
Hair extensions and wigs require proper maintenance to preserve quality.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS AND PACKAGING
From time to time, Naked Scent Collection may offer complimentary products with qualifying purchases. Such offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Complimentary items are non exchangeable, non refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. Only one complimentary item will be provided per qualifying order.
Packaging and presentation may vary depending on the product or promotion selected. Luxury packaging is reserved for qualifying purchases and bundle offers.
