All wigs are available by preorder only and must be arranged through email. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will provide full shipping details.

International Shipping:
We welcome international orders! Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided once your order is confirmed via email, based on your destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in the quality of our wigs and hair products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email and allow up to 5 working days for a response.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been altered, disassembled, worn, or used in any way.

If the product is returned in its original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued upon inspection.

After inspection, if the returned item does not meet our quality standards, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photo evidence or additional documentation to process your claim.
Depending on the situation, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.
