SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Naked Scent Collection, we aim to ensure your order is prepared, packaged, and delivered with care. This page provides clear information on our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and what to expect once your order has been placed.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to UK addresses only, with EU shipping coming soon.

 

​Free Delivery: All orders over £60 qualify for free delivery.

Hair Care Products/Accessories (Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Hair & Body Mist etc)

Hair care products are ready to ship.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) on a working day will be dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next working day

  • Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch

Wigs, Hair Bundles, Tape-Ins & Clip-Ins

These products require additional preparation due to customisation and quality checks.

  • Orders take up to 3 working days to process

  • Once dispatched, delivery can take up to 7 working days

  • Some wigs are available on a pre-order basis, with processing starting from the date stated on the product page

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as pre-order are not shipped immediately.

  • Processing and shipping will begin from the date stated on the product listing

  • This applies to both hair care launches and wigs where stated

  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded until they have been delivered

Please ensure you review the estimated shipping date before placing your order.

Important Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email

  • Packaging and presentation may vary depending on the product type or promotion selected

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our wigs and hair products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email and allow up to 5 working days for a response.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been altered, disassembled, worn, or used in any way.

  • If the product is returned in its original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued upon inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After inspection, if the returned item does not meet our quality standards, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photo evidence or additional documentation to process your claim.
Depending on the situation, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.
