Your wig will arrive in our luxurious branded box, and will include the following essentials:

• Wig cap

• Branded edge band

• Hair clips

⚠️ Please note: Wigs come styled, with bleached knots and light plucking included. This means:

• Knots will be lightly bleached

• Hairline will be lightly plucked

• The wig will arrive styled

⚠️ Please note: All wigs come in 200% or 250% density. This means:

• 10 inch to 18 inch wigs: 200% density

• 20 inch to 30 inch wigs: 250% density

If you require a higher density, please include this in the order notes section at checkout. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your request and advise on the cost difference before your order is processed.

1. Cleanse Your Hair Extensions.

Cleanse hair extensions to a dust-free state by utilising sulfate-free shampoos. Avoid shampoos containing sulfate and paraben, as they could potentially cause harm and gradual deterioration to the hair extensions. Afterward, ensure a thorough rinse with lukewarm water. When washing, handle the hair gently without harsh massaging.

2. Conditioner For Hair Extensions.

Use a hydrating conditioner and a wide-tooth comb to gently untangle the hair. Using a good quality conditioner will aid in revitalising shine and guarding against hair frizz.

3. Products For Hair Extensions.

Opt for products that are chemical-free at all times. Avoid excessive use of hair products such as sprays, serums, and oils, as this can necessitate daily hair washing, ultimately resulting in accelerated damage. 

4. Keep it dry & Safe.

After you wash it, make sure to air dry. Avoid using a blow dryer at the maximum level. Using a blow dryer every day will lead to dryness and split ends. 

5. Hairbrush For Hair Extensions.

Adhere to using a wide-tooth comb for detangling and a boar bristle brush. These brushes are incredibly useful in maintaining knot-free and smooth hair.

6. Store It Properly.

It's recommended to ensure proper storage for your hair extensions. You can acquire a satin bag from our accessories section or, if your hair is glued on, try our reversible satin bonnets for safekeeping.
