Wigs and hair extensions require up to 3 working days for processing due to customisation. Once dispatched, delivery can take up to 7 working days within the UK. Hair care products are dispatched quickly. Orders placed before 12:00pm on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are shipped the next working day. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Items marked as pre-order are not held as ready-to-ship stock and require additional time to prepare. This allows us to carefully customise and quality-check each item before it is dispatched. Please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page before placing your order. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged until they have been delivered. Once you receive your item, you may request a return or exchange in line with our Returns Policy.
