1. General Booking Rules

All bookings are confirmed once payment (deposit or full payment) is received and the appointment is agreed upon.

After payment, you must contact us directly to confirm your appointment date and drop-off arrangements.

We reserve the right to alter or change booking times or availability.

Any changes will be communicated promptly.

2. Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all services. The deposit ensures your slot is reserved exclusively for you and covers preparation and scheduling costs.

Full or Partial Deposit

Some services require the full amount upfront, while others allow a partial deposit, with the remaining balance paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

This ensures that time, resources, and materials are prepared for your service while providing payment flexibility.

Why Deposits Are Required?

Deposits protect both the client and the salon by ensuring appointments are respected and resources (wigs, products, stylist time) are prepared.

It allows us to prepare wigs, frontals/closures, or hair treatments in advance to guarantee a professional and timely service.

Additional Deposit Requirement

If a client fails to follow preparation instructions, drop-off requirements, or other guidance, an additional deposit may be requested before the appointment can proceed.

This covers rescheduling, extra preparation, or additional materials required due to missed instructions.

This policy ensures fairness and allows us to provide high-quality, professional services to all clients.

3. Wig Services Drop-Off & Preparation

Drop-Off Requirement: Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment date for services like:

Closure Replacement

Frontal Replacement

Sew-In / Wig Sew Down (Closure/Frontal)

If you already have a replacement closure/frontal, please bring it along with your wig at least 3 days prior to the appointment.

Frontals/Closures Purchase:

If you would like to purchase a frontal or closure from us, contact us directly.

An invoice will be sent for payment.

Purchase requests must be made at least one week prior to your desired appointment.

4. Wig Colouring Service

Please note your desired colour at checkout with a full explanation.

If you have reference pictures, email them to us with a detailed description of your desired colour.

A 1–1 consultation (via phone or email) is included to discuss your colour, confirm whether the wig is provided by us or supplied by you, and outline any additional costs if required.

The date selected at checkout is your wig collection date.

Please allow at least 2 weeks prior for consultation, colour preparation, and the colouring process.
4. Wig Colouring Service

5. Wig Wash & Style

The wig can be styled on your head during your appointment or on a mannequin if dropped off.

If styled on a mannequin, it will be carefully packaged for pick-up.

Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to the appointment, and drop-off dates must be arranged directly with us.
6. Sew Your Wig Down (Closure/Frontal)

Your natural hair will be prepared, braided into neat cornrows, and your wig sewn down securely.

Closure or frontal adjustments, plucking, and light styling are included.

Wigs must be clean and ready for installation. Wash services can be booked separately if needed.
7. Important Notes

Please ensure all wig units and accessories (closures, frontals) are ready and in good condition for the service.

Any additional work, materials, or services that incur extra cost will be communicated prior to service.

Failure to follow drop-off or preparation instructions may result in rescheduling or additional deposit fees.

By booking, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to alter services, pricing, or booking information at any time.
