CUSTOM ORDERS

All bespoke orders are made to order and created specifically to your chosen specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, custom wigs, hair bundles, closures, frontals, clip-ins, ponytails, and other personalised hair products.

Our standard production time for bespoke orders is up to 14 working days from the date payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Depending on the service selected, colouring and customisation may be carried out either in-house or through one of our trusted manufacturing partners.
Production Timeframes & Delays
All production timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Where significant delays occur, we will aim to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible and provide updates throughout the process.
Rush Orders
A rush order service may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Where accepted, an additional fee may apply and will be confirmed prior to production beginning.
Rush orders prioritise production scheduling only and do not guarantee delivery times once the order has been dispatched.
Cancellations & Amendments
Bespoke orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to deductions based on work completed and materials used.
We reserve the right to refuse or pause bespoke order production in exceptional circumstances. Where this occurs, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before production begins, including colour, length, texture, and any custom specifications.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of order.
