Service Description
Step 1: Your wig is carefully examined to check the condition of the hair, lace, and cap before the service begins. Step 2: The wig is thoroughly washed with professional products to remove product build-up, oils, and impurities. Step 3: A nourishing conditioner is applied to restore moisture, softness, and shine to the hair. Step 4: The wig is carefully dried to prepare it for styling while maintaining the hair’s quality. Step 5: The wig is styled to your preference. This can be done on your head during your appointment, or on a mannequin head if you are dropping off the wig. Step 6: The hair is refined and styled for a polished, flawless finish. Step 7: If the wig is styled on a mannequin, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for collection. Important Information: Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days before your desired pick-up date to allow enough time for the service. After completing payment, please contact us directly to arrange and confirm your wig drop-off day.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to follow the rescheduling policy, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling Policy Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to make any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests after this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with your hair: • Freshly washed • Fully blow-dried • With little to no product applied Failure to arrive with your hair properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee being added to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Parking & Directions Free parking is available at the salon. If you need help with directions or have trouble finding the location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
