Maintenance & Wig Care Advice: Guidance on how to care for your wig, including washing, styling, and longevity tips. 8. Installation & Styling Options: Discussion of installation methods and styling services available after you've chosen your desired wig. 9. Timeline & Pricing Breakdown: Clear explanation of wig cost, customisation options, and production time/scheduling your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to follow the rescheduling policy, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling Policy Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to make any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests after this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with your hair: • Freshly washed • Fully blow-dried • With little to no product applied Failure to arrive with your hair properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee being added to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Parking & Directions Free parking is available at the salon. If you need help with directions or have trouble finding the location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
