Service Description
Step 1: Your natural hair is gently detangled and prepared to ensure it is ready for braiding and installation. Step 2: Your natural hair is braided into neat cornrows to create a flat and secure base for the wig installation. Step 3: Your closure wig is carefully sewn onto the cornrow base, ensuring it is secure, comfortable, and natural-looking. Step 4: The closure is adjusted and blended to achieve a natural hairline appearance. Step 5: The wig is styled to your preference, giving you a polished and flawless final look. Note: Please ensure your wig is clean and ready for installation before your appointment. If you require a wig wash and preparation, this can be booked as an additional service. Also, ensure it is dropped off along with your wig at least 3 days prior to your appointment date. All wig drop-offs must be arranged with us directly, with a mutually agreed date and time before bringing your item to the salon.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to follow the rescheduling policy, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling Policy Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to make any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests after this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with your hair: • Freshly washed • Fully blow-dried • With little to no product applied Failure to arrive with your hair properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee being added to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Parking & Directions Free parking is available at the salon. If you need help with directions or have trouble finding the location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
