Service Description
Step 1: Before completing your purchase, please leave a detailed note at checkout describing the colour you would like. Be as specific as possible when explaining your desired colour, tones, or style (for example highlights, balayage, custom blends, or full colour). If you have inspiration pictures, please email them to us and attach them along with a full explanation of your desired colour so we can clearly understand the look you would like to achieve. Step 2: After your order is placed, we will arrange a 1–1 consultation via phone call or email to discuss your desired colour in detail. During this consultation we will confirm whether we will be providing the wig unit or if you will be supplying your own wig for the colouring service. Step 3: Once we understand the colour transformation required, we will confirm the process needed to achieve your desired look. If additional colouring work is required, any extra cost will be sent to you via a payment link or arranged over the phone. Step 4: Your wig will be professionally coloured using high-quality products and techniques to achieve the desired shade and dimension. Step 5: After the colouring process, the wig is washed and treated to maintain the quality, softness, and shine of the hair. Step 6: The wig is lightly styled so you can see the final colour result and overall finish. NOTE: The date selected at checkout will be your wig collection date. Please allow at least 2 weeks prior for the consultation, preparation, and colouring process.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to follow the rescheduling policy, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling Policy Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to make any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests after this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with your hair: • Freshly washed • Fully blow-dried • With little to no product applied Failure to arrive with your hair properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee being added to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Parking & Directions Free parking is available at the salon. If you need help with directions or have trouble finding the location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
