Service Description
1. Skin Tone & Undertone Analysis: We assess your skin tone and undertone to determine which hair colours will complement you best. 2. Desired Look Discussion: We talk through the look you want to achieve — natural, bold, soft, dimensional, or high-contrast. 3. Colour Recommendations: Professional guidance on shades that suit you, such as: Natural blacks and browns, warm tones (caramel, honey, copper), cool tones (ash brown, platinum, cool blonde) 4. Custom Colour Options Discussion of colouring techniques such as: Highlights, balayage, and Ombré 5. Maintenance Advice: Guidance on maintaining coloured wigs so the colour stays vibrant and the hair remains healthy. 7. Final Colour Plan: You leave the consultation with a clear colour choice and custom colouring plan for your wig.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to follow the rescheduling policy, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling Policy Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to make any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests after this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with your hair: • Freshly washed • Fully blow-dried • With little to no product applied Failure to arrive with your hair properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee being added to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Parking & Directions Free parking is available at the salon. If you need help with directions or have trouble finding the location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
